一、岗位职责 1、负责订单确认、采购及生产进度跟踪Confirm order details, track purchase and production progress. 2、处理出口报关文件(商业发票、装箱单、原产地证等) Handle export customs documents (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, etc.) 3、协调物流运输安排,包括订舱、拖车等事宜 Coordinate logistics arrangements including shipping space booking and trucking 4、协助处理客户投诉与异常情况 Assist in handling customer complaints and exceptions 5、维护客户关系,支持团队完成相关工作 Maintain customer relationships, support team in completing related tasks 二、任职要求 1、大专以上学历 Co |
